Rick Grossmann

Rick has worked in franchising since 1994. He franchised his first company and grew it to 49 locations across 19 states, then launched a second franchise organization in 2003 that passed 150 locations in under three years — leading both as chief executive.

He is the author of Entrepreneur Magazine's Franchise Bible, a contributing author to Entrepreneur, and co-host of the Franchise Bible Coach Radio podcast. He has been named one of the Top Global Franchise Influencers every year since 2021.

At Vizible he works with franchisors and franchisees on the problem he has lived on both sides of: keeping a brand consistent nationally while every location still has to win the searches happening within a few miles of its own door.
